    Position: Full Stack Developer & Business Partner/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at DiGi Consulting at Digi Consulting

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial-minded Full Stack Developer/CTO to join Digi Consulting as a business partner. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative startup at the ground level and play a crucial role in developing a cutting-edge HR solution platform. The selected candidate will be compensated with equity in the company, reflecting their integral contribution to our success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying our AI-Based HR Solution Platform.
    • Build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
    • Implement features such as recruitment and applicant tracking, employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll and accounting tools, performance management systems, and more.
    • Integrate AI and machine learning models for automated screening and interview processes.
    • Develop and maintain a user-friendly interface and seamless user experience.
    • Ensure the platform's compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
    • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a core member of the founding team.

    Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Responsibilities:

    • Set the technical direction and oversee all technical aspects of the company.
    • Develop the technical strategy to align with business goals.
    • Experience with startup businesses and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure the scalability, security, and robustness of the platform.
    • Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, architecture, and Agile development.
    • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product capabilities.
    • Manage technical risks and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
    • Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to define product vision and roadmaps.
    • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and in discussions with potential clients and investors.

    Technologies and Tools:

    • Frontend: React, Angular,
    • Backend: , Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot)
    • Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
    • AI/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI GPT models
    • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS/GCP/Azure
    • Security: SSL/TLS, OAuth, JWT, GDPR compliance

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
    • Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or ) and backend technologies , Python, or Java).
    • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
    • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and integration of AI models.
    • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS/GCP/Azure).
    • Strong understanding of security standards, including SSL/TLS, OAuth, JWT, and GDPR compliance.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Leadership experience and a strategic mindset (preferred for CTO role).
