    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Sakurabana Japanese Restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, scheduling shifts, and handling any customer complaints or issues that arise.

    Qualifications
    • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
    • Experience in hiring and managing restaurant staff
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
    • Attention to detail and organization skills
    • Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus
    • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
