Celonis Solutions Analyst Responsibilities of the Celonis Solutions Analyst EDC Consulting LLC (EDC) is seeking a talented Celonis Solutions Analyst to join our team
As a Celonis Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in leveraging the Celonis platform to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the organization
You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design Celonis solutions, and implement them to achieve measurable business outcomes

The Celonis Solutions Analyst will:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement Celonis solutions to visualize and analyze process data.
• Develop process mining models and algorithms to identify improvement opportunities.
• Configure Celonis dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Celonis with other systems and data sources.
• Provide training and support to end-users on using the Celonis platform.
• Monitor and maintain Celonis solutions to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve Celonis solutions based on feedback and business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Celonis platform

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Celonis Solutions Analyst or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Celonis platform and its capabilities.
• Experience in process mining, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
