    We are actively seeking to hire Licensed Mental Health Therapists who can partner with us to achieve that mission. You will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities.

    We are looking for passionate and fully licensed Therapists and Child Therapists for both full and part time roles. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of all ages and will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. Applicants must be licensed to practice and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Additional experience with Parent Management Therapy (PMT) for defiant, resistant children is a plus. #LI-HYBRID

    Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
    • Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families
    • Refer clients to specialists if necessary
    • Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs
    • Monitor client progress during treatment
    • Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT; Child Therapist , PMT experience preferred)
    • Prior experience in psychotherapy
    • Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide
    • Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight
    • Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care
