- Provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
- Be able to perform physical activity for the entire shift, aside from any breaks or lunches.
- Promote teamwork and employee morale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, linen rooms, laundry area, lost and found, storage rooms, employee break room, breakfast room, pool area, and other areas as required.
- Must operate laundry equipment, snow blower and other equipment as needed.
- Must wear proper uniform: khaki pants, sneakers and company provided t-shirt.
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the facilities emergency procedures.
- Practice safety standards at all times.
- Must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company: including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook.
- Must perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent.
- Be able to move luggage, packages, or furniture weighing up to 50lbs.
- Regularly required to stand; sit; walk; reach; use hands to finger, handle or feel; talk and hear.
- Push/ pull 50 lbs.
- Must maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Must be able to work weekends and rotating holidays. Every weekend is required to be considered for this position: may be 1 or both days, as assigned by the supervisor.
- Shoveling snow by hand and/or snow blower. If there is too much to shovel by hand, then you can use the snow blower.
- Keep the front lobby and restrooms cleaned and stocked at all times.
- Take out trash.
