INTAKE SPECIALIST An intake specialist is the first point of contact with clientele, guiding them through the initial onboarding with our program.
It is important for intake specialists to have strong communication and organizational skills, as you help process clients before their scheduled session.
This is an in-person position within Boston, MA.REQUIREMENTS Must be comfortable assisting the parole/probation populationExcellent in written and verbal communicationsStrong organizational skillsApproachable and client-oriented Attentive to details Dependable punctuality Passion to help othersEagerness to expand your knowledgeMultilingual is a plus [Not Required]RESPONSIBILITIESWelcome clients to the facilityComplete all admissions paperwork and enter it digitallyAssist with scheduling needsAnswer phone and email inquiriesAddress any clients complaints or concernsPerform clerical work such as paperwork, copying and filing.
