    We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The right candidate for this position will be self-motivated, independent, and able to work under tight deadlines in the fast-paced construction industry.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Act as the liaison between the office and superintendents in the field.
    - Coordinate jobsite purchases and rentals.
    - Organize and schedule appointments.
    - Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
    - Collaborate with team members to submit and obtain permits at local building departments.
    - Coordinate ongoing projects with onsite superintendent and project manager.
    - Liaison between upper management and vendors/subcontractors to obtain facilitate on-site progress.
    - Prepare closeout documents for ongoing projects.
    - Submit and reconcile expense reports.
    - Support the administrative functions of construction projects from the design phase through close out.
    - Maintain clear exchange of information with office team, field team, architects, and owners regarding project status.
    - Organize and maintain the existing electronic filing system.
    - Take direction from supervisors and execute tasks promptly and efficiently.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Strong organization and analytical skills for a multi-project based work environment.
    - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
    - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking work environment
