    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a talented Designer proficient in Adobe Creative Suite to join our team. SketchUp, AutoCAD or any 3D design software knowledge, a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into detailed plans and visualizations.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and solutions that meet client objectives and project requirements.

    Create detailed design drawings, renderings, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite

    Develop and refine design concepts through sketches, mood boards, and 3D models.

    Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas and progress effectively.

    Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in design technology and methodology.

    Requirements:

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

    Skills in 3D modeling and visualization using SketchUp, a plus.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and proficiency with required software.

    Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus.

    Salary:

    Based on qualifications and/or experience.
