    Our client has an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing Director** . This is a full time, onsite opportunity to work with an established organization with headquarters based in New Jersey.

    Summary:

    As the Marketing Director you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and maximize profitability. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with sales, product management, and other departments to achieve company objectives.

    In this role you will:

    + Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs.

    + Identify key target markets and segments, and develop tailored marketing plans to reach them effectively.

    + Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

    + Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

    + Oversee the development of brand assets, including logos, messaging, and visual elements.

    + Implement brand guidelines and standards throughout the organization.

    + Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and promotions.

    + Manage the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and advertisements.

    + Monitor campaign performance and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

    + Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

    + Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive traffic and conversions.

    + Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the company's strategy.

    + Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

    + Set clear goals and objectives for team members, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

    + Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

    + Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum impact and ROI.

    + Track expenses and ROI for marketing initiatives, and report on budget performance to senior management.

    Qualifications :

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

    + Proven experience in marketing management roles

    + Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

    + Excellent strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.

    + Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

    + Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, CRM, email marketing software, and social media management tools.

    + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    + Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

    Offering:

    + Competitive salary in the range of 120,000-150,000

    **Pay Details:** $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
