Your role in our success will be to facilitate direct oversight of all phases of construction related activities for capital project construction within your assigned service territory.
You will coordinate and foster business relationships with internal and external parties, including residential, commercial, and industrial customers along with outside contractors.

What you'll be working on...
You will coordinate all phases of construction in a timely manner that is consistent with and meets the customer's expectations and company's
You will attend pre-construction and operation meetings in order to ensure proper scheduling and timing of jobs and tasks for internal and external resources
You will instruct Company personnel and outside contractors in the safe and economical completion of assignments and ensure that all facets of the project are performed in accordance with all applicable standards, procedures, codes, and regulations.
You will both initiate and document necessary information to establish electronic and hard copy project folders that include estimates, bids, descriptions, expenditures, and as-builts.
You will coordinate with the internal Inspectors to ensure that all projects are appropriately monitored.
You will assist with lay-out, planning, and communication of project assignments with contractors, engineering, and operations personnel.
You will monitor Contractor activity and ensure completed tasks meet or exceed requirements.
You will review all project's as-built drawings and material lists, service records, valve cards, and line markers for accuracy and completeness, forwarding submitted information to Engineering for addition to Company's system maps.
You will reconcile projects to ensure adherence to budget and correct any errors with regards to charges and materials while noting necessary project changes.
Who you are...
You are knowledgeable in safe operations of tools and equipment, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and OSHA regulations.
You have a high level of concise and clear communications necessary to establish strong business relationships with customers and outside contractors.
You possess a valid Drivers License with a responsible driving record.
You have a mechanical aptitude and a conscientious work ethic
You possess basic computer skills and are proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
Working Conditions :
Primarily outside in construction type settings and office work environment
Frequent daily travel
Working around potentially flammable and hazardous substances in natural gas and propane
Duties require lifting and the use of various hand and power tools (ability to lift pounds)
