Description
We are currently seeking a full-time family medicine physician with a start date in the summer of 2025. Our family physicians have chosen not to handle inpatient care or obstetrics. The "call" duty is 1-2 days per month, and weekend phone-call duty occurs one weekend every 9 weeks. Client provides a competitive financial guarantee and a comprehensive fringe benefit package during the initial year, with the option for partnership after one year. Employment requires mandatory COVID and Flu vaccinations, unless an approved exemption is granted.
Community Information: Greensboro, a city of 300,000 people with a regional population of around 1.6 million, is situated in the central "Piedmont" area of North Carolina. Easily accessible from Interstate 40 and other major highways, Greensboro is within driving distance of both mountains and beaches. The city experiences a four-season climate, with a short and moderate winter. The Piedmont Triad International airport in Greensboro offers flights from 6 different airlines, totaling 65+ daily flights to major cities in the East, South, and Midwest.
