We are an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor and we are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to join our thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction materials and systems, be comfortable working with different types of equipment, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Oversee and manage all facility operations, maintenance, and procedures to ensure efficiency and safety.
Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
Participate in the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.
Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) Control activities like waste disposal, building security etc.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Keep financial and non-financial records.
Perform analysis and forecasting.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or residential facilities management.
Proven experience in supervision and training, with a knack for leadership and team management.
Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and best practices.
Familiarity with building maintenance, operations, and life safety systems.
