Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

The Project Manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Our client is a premier General Contractor located in the Twin Cities, currently involved in numerous high profile projects in the commercial and retail space.

They are seeking candidates with extensive Commercial TI construction experience, hungry to learn and willing to grow. Provide project leadership and establish, implement and support a proactive project safety culture
Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals
Manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are met
Review monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
Lead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals
Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts
Strong background TI Commercial construction projects
~ Experience with commercial or retail construction
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam
~ Performance based bonus potential
