• Responsible for managing and supervising nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal patient care.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and monitor the performance of nursing personnel.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Ensure that patient care plans are implemented effectively and that nursing interventions are carried out appropriately.
• Monitor patients' conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Respond to emergencies and critical situations, providing direction and assistance to staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

• Utilizes appropriate resources to plan, provide, and sustain evidence-based nursing services that are safe, effective, and fiscally responsible.
• Practices in an environmentally safe and healthy manner.
• Practices ethically. Promotes shared governance, or facility decision making activities, developing, and nurturing research to positively affect clinical outcomes and promotion.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• 2 years of experience required.

• ACLS - AHA
• BLS - AHA
• NIHSS
• PA RN License.
