Express Employment has partnered with a company located in Waipahu that is seeking a few skilled Technicians to join their team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in keeping our equipment running smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll do:

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in Caterpillar equipment and more
Perform repairs and maintenance in the shop and field
Rebuild and overhaul major components according to manufacturer specifications
Assist with minor welding, fabrication, plumbing, and electrical repairs
Attend training classes and maintain required certifications
Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies
Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Contribute to a collaborative and results-oriented team environment

Physical Demands:

The job requires various physical activities including but not limited to walking, lifting, reaching, climbing, and working in diverse environments.

What you'll bring:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean record
PC skills
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
Experience with hand tools and a willingness to provide your own
At least 2 years of experience in equipment repair (5 years preferred)
