ROMCO is currently seeking talented and driven heavy equipment field mechanics to join the team supporting the Austin branch operations.

ROMCO sells and supports products from Volvo (motor graders, wheel loaders, articulated haul trucks, excavators, backhoe loaders and skid steer loaders), Hitachi (excavators, mining shovels and rigid haul trucks) and GOMACO (concrete paving technology).

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years hands-on equipment repair experience and/or an equivalent mixture of education and experience. High School diploma or equivalent is required, and qualified training repairing heavy equipment is a plus.
