- Recruit for assigned functional areas including [insert level of position, i.e. plant, intern, salaried] positions.
- Source and prescreen candidates following process on candidate discussion documentation.
- Schedule phone screens and on-site interviews for candidates including coordination with interview teams, company resources, and travel department.
- Conduct relative internet research as requested to support projects and program initiatives.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities and post-hire documentation.
- Make recommendations for sourcing strategy including external recruitment and social media sites.
- Manage confidential and personal identification information.
- "Own" the talent pipeline for assigned areas and serve as the subject matter expert.
- Participant in onsite or offsite Recruitment events and job fairs.
- Identify, schedule, and represent the company at local and state community events to promote careers in manufacturing.
- Actively participate and network with associations, social networks, and sales/marketing groups to build a network of candidates on an on-going basis.
- Ensure proper documentation meets compliance of the recruitment process.
- Meet the defined expectations for the Affirmative Action Plan and the associated data requirements.
- Provide timely reports to Managers and Directors.
- Act as an informal mentor; teach techniques and strategies of recruiting to recruiters and recruiting coordinator.
- In alignment with business goals and leadership, aid in developing effective solutions to address skills gaps and culture integration.
- Provide the assigned business team with coaching on recruitment best practices.
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years HR related experience or progressive work experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working in Human Resources field
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system
- Demonstrated flexibility
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, growing and dynamic environment
- Solid communication skills, verbal and written
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to challenge the status quo and willing to "roll up the sleeves and get things done" with a "can do" attitude
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
