    Job Overview

    TireHub, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and timely customer delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Loading and unloading tires from transport vehicles and placing them in designated locations using the bin locator system.
    • Operating equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, adhering to safety protocols.
    • Conducting cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of regularly scheduled and annual inventory control procedures.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A minimum of 1 year of general work experience.
    • A valid driver's license.
    • At least 3 years of driving history.
    • Must be 19 years old or older.

    Competencies

    This role requires individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also be able to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires up to 50lbs with or without mechanical assistance.

    Working Conditions

    This position may require working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, and may involve driving during night or in inclement weather. You will be required to handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment as needed.

    Compensation

    The estimated salary for this role is $20.15 per hour, with opportunities for wage progression after 90-day, 180-day, and 1-year tenure with TireHub, LLC. Additionally, you will have access to various benefits and training programs to support your growth and development.
