    Based in Dallas, Steward currently operates 33 hospitals across Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas.


    Position Purpose:
    Provides technical leadership in the support of the learning management system (LMS).

    This position is responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions.

    This position works 100% remotely.


    Responsibilities:
    Ensure integrity of staff profile data and training assignments for up to 50,000 staff. Track changes.

    Design, monitor, research, and fix functionality of the LMS in areas of access, registration, notification, training operations, assessments, reporting, and cross-system integrations.

    Create new and update trainings within the LMS, utilizing bulk imports/batch processing where possibleAnalyze data and create logic to auto-assign training to our national hospital system.

    Identify changes and update as needed.
    Use software to build, review, publish courses for the LMS, i.e. SCORM.Follow detailed documentation such as established user guides, workflows, and best practicesTrain on existing and new features. Troubleshoot - researching thoroughly to correct the issue the first time. Build relationships and provide excellent customer service, internally as well as with vendors.

    Education / Experience / Other RequirementsEducation:
    Bachelor's degree preferredYears of Experience: At least one year experience as an LMS administrator or in a similar positionAt least four years of experience with Excel, including using macros and formulasWork-Related Experience: Cornerstone SBX is preferred e-learning authoring tools (i.e. Articulate 360)

    Video editing softwareSpecialized Knowledge:

    Technical skills including troubleshooting, file structures, and systems Close attention to detailAdvanced knowledge of MicroSoft Office SuiteResearch and resolve technical issuesCollaborate with others at all levels of the organizationGain new technical skills quickly, including self-teachingWork independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Respond positively to change and the challenges and opportunities it bringsStrong knowledge and skills of online learning and web-based applicationsCustomer service skills, responsive attitudeStrong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layperson termsHighly proficient in time management, organization, planning, and prioritizingTravel: This position will not require travel.
