    Main Responsibilities

    • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
    • Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times and maintaining a smooth service.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
    • Work collaboratively with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment, responding to changing circumstances with ease.

    Requirements

    • A positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
    • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
    • Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
    • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
