Project Manager Location:

• Sunyvale,CA(Hybrid)

Duration:

• Full TimePLM Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a product lifecycle management project. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, risks, issues, and resources.
2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and aligned with business objectives.
3. Oversee all stages of project lifecycle, from concept to final product launch.
4. Implement PLM strategies and methodologies to improve the product development process.
5. Manage and resolve project issues, risks, and changes.
6. Liaise with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
7. Provide regular project updates to senior management.
8. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
9. Train and provide guidance to project team members.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a PLM Project Manager or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of PLM concepts and methodologies.
4. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in project management software.
9. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
