Job summary
The key function of the Assistant Club Manager will be to help the Club Manager run the day to day operations of the club.The Assistant Club Manager will support the Club Manager in driving sales through successful tour execution and lead generation activity, execute all initiatives that support the delivery of the Blink member experience, manage staff on day-to-day performance, assist in driving Personal Training revenue, interview hire train and develop new staff members,
and facilitate new Member sign up and Guest trial transactions maintain high visibility throughout The Blink Membership Office Team takes pride in having fun while working together as a team with Members Guests Team Mates providing excellent customer service at all times maintaining cleanliness organization of all areas in The Blink Membership Office ensuring safety for Members Guests Team always being enthusiastic energetic friendly personable passionate intelligent knowledgeable about fitness industry computer literate Microsoft Suite hardworking diligent excellent time management organizational problem-solving follow-up skills CPR AED certification COVID-19 vaccination highly motivated individual who wants to have fun at work!
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability in an educational fitness professional setting
- Minimum one year management/key holder/MOD experience in a customer service business
- Proven ability to direct train team
- Possess honesty personal integrity Enthusiastic Energetic Friendly Personable Passionate Intelligent Knowledgeable regarding Fitness Industry Computer Literate Microsoft Suite Hardworking Diligent Excellent Time Management Organizational Problem-Solving Follow-Up Skills CPR AED Certification COVID-19 Vaccination Highly Motivated Individual Who Wants To Have Fun At Work!
