Job summary
Duties/ResponsibilitiesBelow are the primary duties and essential functions of an employee in this position. These essential functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Assess patients and diagnose mental health and/or substance use disorders.Create a treatment plan for patients based on the needs of the individual.
Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary.
Work with family members and others supports, as needed, as part of treatment for the patient
Work with any patients in crisis situations, evaluate risk and initiate appropriate response to promote client safety
Clinical supervision sessions will be required
