    Description
    Project Engineer
    is responsible for leading the technical parts of an engineering project. Project Engineer

    designs, specifies and commissions new and renovated process equipment, provides engineering support and leads deviation investigations for equipment and manufacturing processes.

    • Send out the bids to the potential and/or identified suppliers, collect all the quotes, discuss the technical and financial aspects of those quotes with the suppliers and propose a recommendation to the
    Engineering Manager .

    • Organize and follow up the implementation of equipment and processes installation with the external contractors (European and /or American) and/ or internal crew.
    • Schedule and follow up the launch of new equipment and/or new production lines in collaboration with maintenance and production departments.
    • Participate to the training of the operators and technicians and help with comprehension and utilization of equipment, definition of the operating procedures and equipment settings.
    • Propose process and equipment optimizations in order to improve quality of products, safety generate cost savings, increase global productivity and efficiency of the lines.
    • Develop and maintain quality and safety standards.
    • Engineering Manager
    Ability to work a flexible schedule.

    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 1 year in Engineering & Plant Manufacturing department.
    • Knowledge of processing, packing, and utility equipment designs to effectively lead technical resources to successfully maintain equipment to achieve high levels of productivity.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) as well as technical software (AutoCAD).
    • Always lead by examples (no safety violations, use proper Personal Property Equipment, show up to work on time.).
    • Ability to work in extreme temperatures, and around machinery and chemicals.
    Physical dexterity necessary to handle supplies, machine parts and tools.
