Primary Location: Glen Allen, Virginia

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a System Administrator 4 for our premier client in Glen, Allen Virginia.

Education and Experience "

• Extensive experience managing multiple IT projects.: 5 Years.
• Experience demonstrating the ability to develop and manage a budget and budgetary needs as well as track budget expenditures: 5 Years.
• Extensive knowledge of practices and tools for the effective planning, control, and management of information systems technology for a business organization.: 5 Years
• Experienced in integrating technology into the workplace to address changes in business operations effectively.
• Working knowledge of various Windows OS and associated products, including but not limited to Windows 7, 10, and 11, Server 2012, 16, 19, and 22: 5 Years.
• Experience demonstrating considerable knowledge of database management: 5 Years.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of IT security: 5 Years.
• Profound experience in operating and monitoring computers and AV equipment to ensure smooth functioning: 5 Years
• Experience providing Technical IT and business support services to diverse internal and external stakeholders: 5 Years.
• Considerable experience demonstrating the ability to collaborate with, lead, coach, and provide personnel guidance/management to other IT professional: 5 Years.
• Considerable experience communicating verbally with demonstrated ability to present training/technical information to staff/stakeholders as needed, and experience communicating inwriting with demonstrated ability to draft technical guidance documents, reports, and similar forms of correspondence.: 5 Years.
• Considerable experience demonstrating knowledge skills and abilities to leverage and develop technology to provide program training as needed to diverse staff and customers.
• Experience demonstrating the ability to work independently to organize, plan and direct work activities in a deadline-driven environment as well as work effectively with a team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "

• Proficient in utilizing integrated systems technology to boost work efficiency by staying abreast of IT advancements.
• Skilled in using fundamental software applications to support day-to-day operations.
