- Management of schedule and budgets for multiple projects.
- Responsible for client communications.
- Primary lead with managing outside sub-consultant architects, engineers and vendors.
- Effectively develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents and close-out.
- Construction Administration activities including submittal reviews, RFI responses and Shop Drawing reviews.
- Ability to perform site investigation surveys to support design efforts for interim and final punch list reviews to support Construction Administration and Project Closeout.
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in MEP industry
- 3+ years in Laboratory (Sci-Tech) or Healthcare Facilities
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
- PMP or PE certification is a plus
- Client facing role, excellent communication skills required.

The compensation that we expect to pay for this position is commensurate with years of experience, professional licensure, and education and may range from $130,000 to $160,000.
