    Description
    3+ years QA experience

    • Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and techniques, including functional, regression and end-to-end integration testing.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, BSA's and other onshore team members.
    • Experience collaborating effectively with co-located development and QA team.

    nalytical Skills:
    The ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios and cases effectively.

    • Domain knowledge - Policy admin systems, Life Insurance and Annuity domain experience would be a great plus. (Optional)
    • Basic SQL queries
    • Knowledge and understanding of working with QA tools / Jira, to create and execute test cases and to log/track defects.
    • Basic knowledge on API testing
    • Experience working on Agile team and ceremonies.
    • Testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Part of Scrum team and will be responsible to create, update, execute testcases.

    • bility to adapt to a dynamic project space and shifting priorities as defined by the leaders.
    • Creates new or modifies existing test scripts, manual or automated, based upon the business requirements of the project or change.
    • Responsible for planning, creating and executing testcases.
    • Executes test scripts to ensure compliance with business or functional requirements and specified quality characteristics and documents the results by recording issues in the bug tracking system.
