- Entry level position responsible for basic build functions in assigned software application.
- Under supervision, responsible for workflow design, build, implementation, modification and testing of assigned software application(s). Uses software expertise to investigate, resolve and/or escalate basic to moderate support issues.
- Under the direction of an experienced analyst, assists in build for one or more complex build functions in assigned software application.
- Completes application and integrated testing in assigned software application and documents results of testing.
- Open communication amongst the team and leaders.

- Associate degree in a related field or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of clinical, operational, or related application experience, or current related application certification.
- Previous experience in information technology and/or software (preferred).
- Epic Certification Core Software application certification or proficiency required within 6 months of hire and within 3 attempts of testing, if applicable.
- Demonstrates analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills.

Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | Primarily Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., rotating on-call after hours support | Primarily Remote
