    Responsibilities

    $20,000 Sign-on Bonus

    Up to $7,000 Education Assistance

    10-hour shifts, four days per week with a rotating day off
    Surgery can be daunting for patients, **Surg Techs** play a crucial role in ensuring surgical areas are adequately prepared for procedures. They maintain sterility, cleanliness, and equipment functionality in the operating rooms.     What You'll Do:

    • Prepares the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring proper and safe equipment functionality
    • Sets up the operating room and sterile field with necessary supplies, instruments, and equipment using sterile techniques
    • Demonstrates understanding of human anatomy and pathophysiology in relation to patients and procedures
    • Anticipates and manages unexpected events during procedures efficiently
    • Handles surgical specimens according to established protocols
    • Assists in training and orienting new staff and students

    Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program

    Certification in Surgical Technology preferred

    Basic Life Support (BLS) required


    Pay Range
    $31.62 /hour
