    Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for hospitality? We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Member Success Operations team. This team is focused on supporting the Member Success team that delivers outstanding results to our 400+ member hotels worldwide.

    You will be a critical thinker and execute work that highlights the value of LHW for hotels seeking to renew their membership. You are also passionate about using technology to help teams win in a dynamic environment.

    This is a paid 12-week internship based in our New York office, with a hybrid model.

    Your Main Responsibilities Will Be...

    • Hotel renewal partnerships (60%)
      • Work with the Director of Member Success Operations, Head of Global Renewals, Member Experience team, and LHW leadership as required on renewal strategies for each hotel to maximize revenue and reduce churn.
      • Gather hotel data and insights from across the organization to prepare a full ROI story as part of the renewal strategy.
      • Assist in preparing renewal presentations that highlight the value of LHW membership.
    • Playbook and report development (30%)
      • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Quality and Director of Member Success Operations to develop new internal playbooks for Member Experience team members.
      • Identify opportunities to improve and clarify existing playbooks to maximize their value as a resource for team members who work directly with hoteliers.
      • Partner with other LHW team members to design and create custom reports.
    • Other cross-functional projects as assigned (10%)

    You Are...
    • Seeking a college degree with a concentration in hospitality, business, communications, finance, and/or information technology.
    • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Results-oriented individual who can work independently- remotely and in person- and on a globally integrated team.
    • Organized with excellent time management skills.
    • An excellent communicator.
    • Comfortable with basic accounting and contractual concepts.
    • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and proud of the work you deliver.
