- Packaging finished products according to instructions from work order/operators.
- Building and locating skids outside ahead of each job to maintain maximum flow of production for the machine you are working at.
- Completing paperwork accurately and organizing materials in their designated locations.
- Inspecting and packaging products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Maintaining clean and tidy work areas, promoting a safe and organized working environment.
- Assisting other machines with packing duties when time permits.
- Aiding and supporting operators during production processes when needed.
- Assisting woodshop employees with skid building and locating tasks.
- Monitoring supply levels and promptly informing the supervisor when items are running low.
- Reporting any equipment or facility issues to the supervisor, preferably in writing.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and precision.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Adherence to safety protocols and willingness to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
