    Position: SAP Performance Engineer

    Location: Austin, TX

    Duration: Fulltime Permanent

    Day 1 Onsite

    USC, GC and GC-Ead and H1T workable for this fulltime role

    Position Description:

    Years of exp Required: 08-10 Years

    Technical/Functional Skills:

    • develop and apply performance/scalability benchmarks.
    • in cross-functional teams to characterize, debug, and improve system performance and scalability.
    • efficiently with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis.
    • and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impacts of system changes.
    • and execute performance tests using an automated testing environment and conduct analysis of results.
    • in architecture and design reviews of complex solutions in cross-team engineering efforts and own quality perspectives for the design.

    Must-Have Experience:

    • 3+ years of proven hands-on software testing experience. Strong experience in performance testing of SAP applications. Candidate should have an experince working on Brown or Green field S/4 HANA implementations
    • knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++).
    • in performance testing tools - LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, Postman.
    • in data analysis and visualization, end-to-end performance, and root cause analysis.
    • in service-oriented architecture, and RESTful APIs.
    • knowledge of performance-tuning SQL queries.
    • hands-on experience with JVM tuning techniques.
    • with application performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
    • work with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks.
    • experience is a plus / Nice to have
    • knowledge of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
    • in Cloud-based platforms like AWS and GCP. Expertise in performance assessment and optimization of complex applications built on the SAP BTP platform.
    • understanding of BTP components like API management (APIM), SAP Integration Suit, Conversational AI (CAI), Data Intelligence (SAP DI), and AWS storage services.
    • in BTP technologies like Smart Data Integration(SDI).
    • experience in performance testing and analysis of SCP iOS SDK mobile apps.
    • in application & DB performance monitoring in SAP BTP using Kibana, HANA DB cockpit and SAP BTP cockpit.
    • of basic Machine Learning algorithms & principles. Strong understanding of relational database systems as well as in- memory databases.
    • of Algorithms and O-Notation.
    • management using Git.
