The Role

As a Customer Partner, you'll play a vital role in:

• Creating and nurturing robust relationships with customers, particularly at the CxO level, to establish deep trust and credibility.
• Driving profitable growth through a consultative approach using Kyndryl Consult, ensuring lead generation from start to finish, and enhancing our ongoing business as well as renewals.
• Meeting budgetary objectives by owning revenue, profit/loss, and growth initiatives.
• Ensuring account profitability while enhancing the utilization and billability of assigned resources.
• Identifying and generating opportunities, leading them to closure, and expanding the scope and capabilities of existing work; collaboratively building a go-to-market pipeline with partners.
• Demonstrating distinctive expertise and deep industry knowledge, applying it to deliver tangible value for customers.
• Taking ownership of account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with integrity.
• Investing in talent development across Kyndryl to cultivate the next generation of leaders.
• Acting as a steward of the Kyndryl culture, fostering a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years managing the sales process from end-to-end.
• 5+ years running account P&L of $10M+, with substantial expertise in the Travel/Hospitality/Hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, business, and technology best practices.
• Proven experience in revenue growth, cost management, and understanding trends and risks.
• An open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Preferred residence in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree.
• Sales experience in technical solutions.
