    Description

    Naviron is pleased to partner with a growing M&A firm that acquires and builds SaaS companies. They're growing and looking for a Hubspot Administrator to support a portfolio of industry-leading, vertical SaaS companies and make a significant impact on growth and efficiency.

    This is a hybrid role with 2 - 3 days per week in office in Lehi. Candidates must be local.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Serve as the primary contact for the operation of various applications (HubSpot, 6Sense, Clay, etc.)
    • Work with the Director of Revenue Operations to implement and maintain a top-to-bottom sales funnel across the portfolio.
    • Support the overarching strategy behind the applications, considering best practices and organizational and user needs.
    • Create and manage existing and future integrations with sales, marketing, and reporting platforms and tools.
    • Monitor new software releases – evaluating, installing, and training on new functionality that aligns with our needs.
    • HubSpot administration, maintenance, customization, and management.
    • Perform complex configuration and maintenance including automation, process flows, formulas, application creation, object model updates, security, and user access management.
    • Create, maintain and refactor databases to ensure integrity, including diagnostic testing and duplicate entry cleansing.
    • Document processes and build an internal library of systems configurations and processes

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years as a HubSpot administrator
    • Strong understanding of the HubSpot platform, with the ability to create custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
    • 3+ years working within an enterprise application stack (Prior B2B SaaS experience preferred).
    • Proficiency with relational databases and database languages (SQL/MySQL preferred).
    • Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and custom integration tools.
    • Detail-oriented, analytical, growth mindset, and the ability to proactively solve problems.
    • Experience working in highly collaborative teams and cross-functionally with other departments.
    • Familiarity with additional applications: Zendesk, 6Sense, Clay, Pendo, Zapier, Airtable, Confluence/JIRA, and Google Analytics.
    • Certifications for HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Service Hub.
    • Ability to build relationships and provide in-depth training programs on CRM applications to end users to empower systems adoption.

    Compensation:

    • $70-75K base + bonus = $80-85K
