- Maintain and expand relationships with high-profile dealer clients.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Train customers on media and software products.
- Minimize churn and maintain media solutions.
- Collaborate with internal partners to solve client issues.
- Manage account strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Compile reports related to customer business performance.
- Ensure smooth implementation of corporate-level product purchases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 6 years' experience in client solutions or related field.
- 2+ years in a Manager capacity within a client solutions role preferred.
- Strong automotive industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Proactive and strategic mindset with consultative selling skills.
