We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and individualized nursing care to our residents.

Your primary focus will be to promote their health and well-being, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

We have openings for parttime and PRN schedule options.


Responsibilities:

Nursing Care:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents based on their individual needs, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.

Assessment:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Documentation:

Accurately and promptly document residents' medical history, assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for residents.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to provide updates on residents' conditions, treatment plans, and any changes in care.

Supervision:

Provide guidance and supervision to nursing assistants and other support staff, ensuring they adhere to established care protocols and maintain resident safety.

Compliance:

Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
