    The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall organization of resident medical records and administrative duties as outlined on the assigned unit.

    This includes scheduling medical appointments/ transportation, keeping track of labs and diagnostic reports, and assisting with timekeeping and attendance for staff on assigned unit.

    Will function as a receptionist for assigned unit by answering the phone, as well as addressing the needs of the caller appropriately.


    Requirements for a Clinical Care Coordinator:
    High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred, in field of Business or Medical Office Assisting, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of job related experience, specifically in: Medical Records Management, Business Office Administration, and/or Clinical Care CoordinationKnowledge of basic procedures in healthcare industry for medical records and advanced computer skillsMust have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasksBenefits for St
