    Job Title: Store Associate at The Salvation Army


    Minimum Qualifications:
    The following are the minimal requirements for this position:

    Education:
    High School Diploma or in the process of obtaining one

    Skills/Abilities:
    • Proficiency in verbal and written English for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
    • Basic computer skills, including the Point of Sales System, payroll program, and other adopted systems.
    • Accuracy in giving change.

    Physical Requirements:

    The physical demands of this role include standing, using hands, and hearing or speaking regularly.

    Employees may need to walk, reach, climb, stoop, or kneel, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.

    Visual abilities such as close and distance vision are also necessary.


    Working Conditions:
    This job is situated in a store setting with moderate noise levels, occasional dust, and weather-related temperature changes.

    Employees should expect weekend and evening shifts.
