    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Program Overview: The Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System is the Army's primary investment in Soldier readiness. The system empowers and equips Soldiers to take charge of their health, fitness, and well-being in order to optimize individual performance.

    Tasks include but are not limited to:

    • Oversee that the Army's H2F program is being successfully implemented, operated, and sustained in accordance with provided directives at the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Installation.
    • Serve as the Central POC for the TO performance on the Installation.
    • Provide onsite supervisory functions to Contractor personnel at that location.
    • Coordinate with Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) Lead regarding task order (TO) performance on the Installation.
    • Participate in periodic meetings at the installation.
    • Facilitate submission of travel requests and expense reports through the Installation GTM to the COR-RA for approval.

    Qualifications:

    • Three years relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing large-scale Government projects.
    • Masters level degree
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
    • Experience, education and knowledge in health science and/or exercise science.
