Job summary
The Mental Health Therapist provides outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents and adults in a community health center setting.Services include assessment diagnosis and treatment of emotional behavioral and relational concerns delivered in accordance with Medicaid and payer requirements clinical competency and organizational policy.The therapist works as part of an integrated multidisciplinary care team to support whole-person care across the lifespan.
