    This experienced person will work with kitchen leadership as part of a larger food preparation and delivery team. Responsible for all kitchen functions including food preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness.

    Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Clark's Markets recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards. Check and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration/heat temperature control points.

    Responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedules for kitchen floors, mats, walls, hoods, other equipment, and food storage areas.

    Qualifications
    • Knowledge of working safely with sharp and potentially dangerous equipment daily-whether the deli slicer, oven, or high-temperature dishwasher.
    • Food handler's certification preferable. Working knowledge and adherence to safety standards along with the practice of food safety principles.
    • Excellent guest service standards and efficient operations.
    • Positive attitude always embodying Clarks' standards for quality and service.
    • Ability to stand on feet for several hours at a time and lift 50lbs safely.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Minimum age of 18.
