    Description

    Our office is seeking a full time and a part time front desk treatment coordinators who have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


    This position assists in the daily administrative tasks required to achieve the most positive experience for our patients as well as staff members.

    The ideal candidate would have an upbeat attitude, strong attention to detail, familiarity with computers/technology, ability to multitask, quickly learn, the ability to prioritize and address immediate concerns.


    • Minimum one year dental experience is required.
    • Eaglesoft experience is preferred.

    Duties Include:

    • Strong customer service skills, both in person and on the phone.
    • Working with Insurance companies on a daily basis to make sure we have the most accurate information possible
    • Financial presentation of treatment plans to patients
    • Assist in keeping the schedule full for doctors and hygienist
    • Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work independently as well as with a team
