    Local Contract Progressive Care Unit RN – Medical/Pulmonary with Renal Overflow

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.


    About the Role

    1. This PCU nurse position requires strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working in progressive care settings, preferably with medical or pulmonary patients. A background in renal overflow management would be highly desirable but not essential.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver individualized patient-centered care to meet the unique needs of each client.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, medication administration, and treatment plans.
    • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care services.
