    • Develops behavioral plans and provides therapy to program participants.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. Works with supervisors on developing maintaining generalizing therapeutic interventions Maintains least restrictive treatment guidelines when implementing behavioral techniques/liProvides individualized group Behavioral Therapy Active Treatment programming at residence settings or within communities/submits weekly logs outlining objectives strategies results / liConsults staff insurance providers lawyers service providers post-discharge family members regarding treatment recommendations progress Participates in family education therapy as needed/liParticipates pre-admission meetings conducts trans-disciplinary team planning sessions attends rehabilitation team meetings/hlEnsures timely completion evaluation progress discharge reports billing summaries/lilAssists coordination of comprehensive programs across all living community vocational sites/as requested trains BIT interns practicum students/l/Enforces adherence accreditation standards ethics confidentiality during crisis intervention projects/participate/crisesystem/enforces delegation activities expected by position/in addition train others ensure compliance codes discipline recovery participationsolvers hssportuneral procedures ic-.
