- Developing and implementing an IAT program on a fleet of advanced aircraft that includes both metals and composites
- Coordinating activities with the customer and internal technical disciplines to satisfy program requirements in accordance with MIL-STD-1530D
- Overseeing the development and implementation of an Individual Aircraft Tracking (IAT) program, a force management database, and Force Structural Maintenance Plans (FSMP)Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 14 years of relevant experience; OR Master of Science (MS) in a STEM discipline and 12 years of relevant experience; OR Ph.
- Experience developing an IAT program
- Background in aircraft structural analysis or structural integrity
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret and Special Access Program (SAP) clearances prior to startPreferred Qualifications:
- Current, in-scope DoD Secret (or higher) clearance highly preferred
- Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering
- Experience developing and maintaining tools and databases associated with Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) sustainment activities
- Experience with coding or software development
- Experience managing information databases
- Experience in certification and sustainment
- A background in metallic DaDT analysis

Salary Range:
$142,500 - $213,700 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives
