    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Coordinator for our Corporate owned print shop. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the production process of customer orders, guarantee timely completion of projects, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the production process, from receiving orders to final delivery.
    • Collaborate with customers to gather project requirements and guarantee clear communication throughout the production cycle.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
    • Learn our Printers Plan and Webstore software for scheduling and maintaining orders.
    • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Work closely with the design team to ensure accurate and timely completion of artwork and proofs.
    • Assist the design team with simple print file prepress setup.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while completing in a timely manner within given deadlines.
    • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
    • Conduct quality control checks to guarantee that all printed materials meet established standards.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School diploma and 5+ years of experience in a print related field is a plus.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Basic knowledge of print production processes, including prepress, printing, finishing and print production software is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

    Base Compensation: $ $28.61
