    Position Summary

    The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing customer service, placing new phone orders and changing existing orders for ready mix customers.

    Requirements

    • Answers the phones and places new orders
    • Call customers as needed for dispatchers
    • Responsible for total customer satisfaction
    • Speak to our customers in a positive and friendly manner
    • Answer customer's questions on concrete products

    Minimum Education and Experience

    • High school degree or equivalent
    • Experience in the ready mix concrete industry and strong understanding of concrete, admixtures and aggregate
    • 1-3 years of related experience using COMMAND data dispatch system

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Strong computer, phone and customer service skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Willing to work various hours including overtime
    • Ability to maintain composure in all situations and not become defensive or irritated
    • Knowledge of Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding geographic area
    • Bilingual preferred
