    3Ci is seeking a Software Engineer who oversees application development, modification, and maintenance of applications with our Banking Client. As a Software Engineer, you will monitor system applications, ensure systems run smoothly, and create reports and other documentation outlining findings/solutions. This position sits within our Clients' Technology Department.

    Required Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

    Essential Functions
    • Assist with the development and installation of new hardware and software
    • Install and configure systems and other software
    • Test installed software for malfunction detection
    • Identify and resolve business systems issues.
    • Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operation systems
    • Measure effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve systems
    • Monitor and test system performance
    • Perform work with some independence of thought, but refer more complex problems to senior associates or supervisor/manager
    • Perform other tasks as required
    • Contract-to-hire with opportunity for conversion after 90 calendar days from start date.
    • Must be located in Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, or Nashville. Onsite is preferable but not required.
