Job summary
+We are seeking a Customer Fleet Specialist to support the Americas and Europe Region. The CFS will work closely with Customer Fleet Directors (CFD) and Customer Focus Teams (CFT) to drive customer satisfaction by managing issues the customer may experience operating and maintaining P&W products.
+Responsibilities
+- Duties will include technical and business realms and will involve direct interface with the airline customer. Technical duties will entail supporting the CFD and the FSRs (Field Service Representatives) in the following areas:
- Developing and maintaining shop visit forecasts for customer specific P&W powered fleets.
- Working with the customer, P&W, the airframers and other related organizations to develop and execute fleet management plans aimed at resolving fleet technical issues.
- Assisting in communicating plans and coordinating resources required to mitigate operational disruptions and AOG's.
- Proactively managing emerging fleet technical issues.
