    OVERVIEW

The project manager of operations will manage one or more projects that optimize company efficiency and client growth. This role will require excellent communication strategies to influence peers during and consultants at all levels to ensure that proper steps and procedures are taken and that the work is completed as planned.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    Work across departments in all aspects of operations-providing reports, analytics, project scope, manage budget within project and support VP of Operations and CEO.

    Create, develop, and analyze various activities in project plan formats.

    Track and coordinate and collaborate projects with the VP of Operations and CEO, to ensure activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.

    Be an active participant in solving problems that come up in the different projects.

    Be diligent about meeting attendance, coordinate calendars and project deadlines.

    Coordinate with key personnel to perform functions as determined by departmental needs.

    Ability to anticipate the needs of this position and proactively bring together appropriate solutions.

    Tracking, follow-up, and completion of multiple tasks is required.

    Multitask and juggle multiple projects, track tasks, and follow up on action items across teams.

    Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary.

    Performs other related miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Use of conversational, analytical, and observational skills, which demonstrate an ability to organize, control, and manage areas of operations

    Strong written and spoken communication skills

    Ability to work well with subordinates, peers, and supervisors.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Project Plan Software

    This role must have the ability to identify critical issues and formulate action plans with all levels of management.

    Ability to anticipate problems and recommend solutions.

    Strong Communication skills with ability to influence peers with both technology-oriented and senior business executives at all levels.

    Expert time management skills in a fast paced and growing environment with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
